Guruz Fitness Studio

Guruz Fitness Studio offers a unique interval training workout unlike anything available in commercial fitness centers.  Our proprietary class features timed blocks of high intensity multi format aerobic and anaerobic training coupled with heart rate monitoring.  The combination of strength, endurance and aerobic conditioning by our goal focused trainers ensures consistently challenging workouts that deliver results.
